Gymnastics Exercise: Cycle 3, Week 11, Day 5

The third cycle of the Gymnastics Exercises will give attention to development with repetition. What makes a gymnast so good at their sport is repetition of abilities. To turn into higher and stronger at a specific talent, you should work that talent frequently. On this cycle we can be concentrating on just a few abilities that we are going to repeat each week.
