Frogman Exercises: Cycle 8, Week 4

These exercises are designed by All-American swimmer and world report holder Hannah Caldas. She swims 4,000 meters per day, 2 hours per day, 6 days every week. Hannah has designed these exercises to extend your general energy and conditioning whereas additionally bettering your swim method and velocity within the water.

 

Week 4, Day 1

50 swim

get out of the pool

carry out a plank and side-walk between your lane and the lane subsequent to yours and again

carry out a plank and side-walk between your lane 2 lanes over from yours and again

50 swim

get out of the pool

carry out a plank and side-walk between your lane 3 lanes over from yours and again

50 swim

400m/500yd swim for time
